Here are some highlights of the meeting -

• April Board Meeting Minutes was approved unanimously.

• Our section's annual operation is between $3,000 and $4,000 a year primarily in communication.

• No National Membership Rebates for the last two years 2021-20222. In the past years, our section received $7,700 per year from the Membership Rebates. All the income between 2021 and 2022, a total of $9,000 were donated by our generous members, and making our section to be financially sound.

• Only First Sunday Drives activity offered for 2023. FSDs lead committed; Barton Lane (2), Douglas Storkovich (1), John Goode (2).

• Approved the letter of invitation to be sent to, and inviting FASCA - the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors to perform at our party. (For the safety of the volunteered Students, a chartered bus will be provided to accommodate their transportation)

• Menu selections, section's subsidization on the amount and the number of the guests, and ticket price have been confirmed and approved.

• Website and Newsletter editing - David Sears will be assisting in the background as Adam Quintillan takes the job, and John Goode will be editing assistant.
